正宗的兰州拉面是青海的，不是兰州的

兰州人很少吃凉面，所以很多郑总的兰州牛肉面连锁店不少没有凉面这个选项。

反倒是青海华隆的（全国统一招牌：兰州拉面的那种店）为了迎合市场，什么面都有，凉面刀削面炒饭啥啥都有。

但论西北凉面的扛把子还得是青海西宁的拌面（烟台的哈桑是代表）
