买不买房子看个人需求,难不成你会因为别人说两句就敢去做这么大额的交易? 除了北上广深和一些一线城市因为流动人口的影响房价会企稳回归,其他城市会形成二个市场:二手房(非学区)低迷,新房开发商中介手中维持高价 自住可以。没有投资属性。 栖霞的一个老师也是风水师说房价过了夏季就起来了 总得找个保值的甚至增值的方式去投资
