你那是火大啦! 不吃咬不动 炒韭菜:洗净的沙肠切段,锅里烧水,开水后把肠倒进去,数着:一二、三!三秒钟即刻捞出来,放盘里备用,韭菜加味极鲜盐少许爆炒三十秒,再倒进沙肠炒六~八秒钟出锅,0K! 没吃过 没吃过,怕处理,做好了我可以尝尝 简单明了,可以按照您教的方法试做一次。 一毛钱一斤,今生今世,我也不会买了 没吃过 脆脆鲜鲜的,美味。 今年特别多以往都是好几十一斤,炒个韭菜,或者做个汤包个饺子都不错 鲸落万物生 发表于 2024-3-2 13:49

各有味道!沙肠不在意火候但是鲜度能差一点,做海肠火候很重要一般人掌握不好, 沙肠和海肠的区别,怎么看 不敢动它,害怕
