中国联通退费太难了

工信部投诉后,一天好几个10010回复,告知进展。刚刚又接了一个四川10010,让我下次10010回访给三个1好评。
呵呵,钱还没到账,说重新安排支付方退费,再等5-7个工作日。 昨天,终于退回来了!
