剑,达摩克利斯之剑——我的烟台马拉松赛记(下)

<p>有些事,经过以后再回头看,自己多少也有点搞不清楚,当时自己是怎么想的,又在想什么呢?我怎么会犯如此低级的错误呢?以前49个马拉松的经验积累,都去哪里了?</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>当配速高于自己的身体承受能力的时候,跑步时的动作,就会开始出现变形。时间一长,身体在无法适应新变化的情况下,受伤,几乎就是顺理成章的了。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>提速后,又跑了十多公里后,右膝逐渐开始出现不适。跑到20公里,医疗站没有止疼喷雾。25公里的医疗站,依然没有。过了27.5公里补给站没多远,我就已经无法坚持了。</p><p /></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>现在想想,如果20公里的医疗站有喷雾,能够及时抑制住右膝的不适,不再让自己的跑步动作,变形更大,也许,就不会出现接下来的情况了。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>也许永远都是也许,而真实的残酷,有时候,会远远超过自己的一厢情愿。跑到28公里多一点的时候,我已经跑不起来了,甚至,当我停下来的时候,右膝几乎无法支撑住我的身体,整个人,站在赛道上,晃了好几下,才勉强站住了。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>这个时候,我的大脑,已经被50,被这个在我心头萦绕悬挂了十年之久的达摩克利斯之剑,而冲击得翻江倒海一般。在之前的49个马拉松比赛中,我也遇到过几次身体不适的状况,但是,都没有影响到比赛的完成,所以,至今为止,我都没有退赛的经历。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>莫非,这个写着50的达摩克利斯之剑,十年前,要警示我的是,在我的第50场马拉松比赛中,我要退赛?</p><p /></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>当我咬牙切齿的忍着疼痛,面孔狰狞着,一瘸一拐的,在赛道上艰难挪动的时候,也在扪心自问,是顺应达摩克利斯之剑的警示,就此退赛?还是慢慢调整,再努力一把?</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>这两个念头,在我的心中,一刻不停地撕扯着,如同牢房里狗洞的诱惑。从狗洞里爬出去,能得到自由。站直了,能守住自己的尊严。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>跑步十多年,所谓的经验,或多或少还是有一点。我能读懂自己的身体情况,知道右膝的疼痛,是有可能通过自己的慢慢调整,而减轻的。退赛很容易,不努力一把,往好的方面试一试,岂不是对自己长时间以来,辛苦备赛的辜负?</p><p /></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>从28公里,到34公里,六公里的赛道,我一瘸一拐,走了将近一个半小时。同时,这也是我通过各种方法,调整右膝状况的一个半小时。在马山寨的半坡上,我开始试着慢慢跑起来,很幸运,原本疼痛的右膝,已经几无异样感觉了。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>右膝的伤痛好了,可是,体能也因此几近损耗殆尽了。最主要的是,长时间的步行,业已把自己的跑步节奏,消磨得一干二净了。最后的八公里,小心翼翼地压着自己的配速,跑跑走走,奔向终点。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>进入到久违了的烟台体育场内的跑道上,我压抑许久的心情,终于得以释放出来了。冲过终点的那一刻,我举起右手,用力在空气中,向下挥动好几下。我的第50场马拉松比赛,我战胜了我自己,我没有退赛,我,完赛了!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>老天,我又赢了你一回。</p><p /></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>下午回到家,第一时间,给右膝缠裹上冰袋冷敷。第二天早上,骑行20多公里上班,曾经疼痛的右膝,完全没有异样了。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>我的第50场全程马拉松的比赛结束了,然而,萦绕在我心头的这个50,这个达摩克利斯之剑,依然还无法消散开去。两周后,我就要参加济南马拉松,等到我的第51场马拉松完赛后,这个如幽灵一般的50,就可以从我的脑海里,彻底清除了。</p><p
