真实的事，北京一朋友买的中关村三小对面学区房，市价830万，总说厨房转不开腚，一直觉得是夸张，上个月有幸去北京膜拜一下，那个厨房铺着一块45X45的瓷砖。。。。只有一款块，只能一块。
