大部分都是些现实中不如意的人，只能来网上过过嘴瘾
烟台防爆爆整天吹房价，一天不吹任务完不成，老实说八月十五多分几斤鲅鱼
1.山海南路，从出隧道到港城大街，房子基本上都在沟底
2.黄务，靠着新建的港城中学，吸引了大批购房者，其实这所初中中考成绩并不突出
3．高新区已经划区很多年了，到现在生活氛围并不浓厚
烟台房地产的繁荣就靠你了啊
又开始吹地铁沿线楼盘
中国的城市发展也是个奇葩！不断的扩充城市的规模，可又没有对应的人口数量！盖那么多楼都卖不出去！就是卖出去了也没人住，造成了大量的资源浪费不说，还造成了大量的房地产泡沫！正确的做法是根据人口数量，集中优势资源把现有城市升级，当现有城市大小不满足现有的人口数量时，再逐渐的扩展城市大小。现在倒好，地盘越来越大，那就意味着人口分散，结果还盖那么多商业综合体！就像莱山的宝龙广场，开发区得衡越广场，星颐广场等！这些基本上都是半死不活！
应该好好学学开发区的务实，而不是天天画大饼

过去都叫东郊，南郊，西郊，现在发展起来了，不过大部分老烟台人还是这么叫，但是没有贬义，就是几十年叫顺嘴了不好改
