1.电梯的问题。即使电梯少有故障，对高层而已，在上下班高峰期等电梯也是够你受的。如果时间久了，会经常故障，或停电了那你就得爬几十层楼回家了。
2.安全问题。地震基本跑不了，一旦发生火灾也很难救援，目前大部分城市的消防能够够着的高度也就18层。
3.官网线路外墙老化问题。时间久了这些东西维修和更换比洋房难太多，成本也很高。
