这个盘从开始卖到现在一直就是9200-9500的均价，开始的产品还是小高层为主，比剩这几个今年开的好不少
疫情之后各家房企都推出了优惠活动，这是如今经济形势决定的，好卖和难卖是各个楼盘之间比较的。有些垃圾楼盘1617年没卖出几套，照样翻翻了，他们涨价是因为好卖？
